PNG Drilling Company is an integrated drilling contractor providing a complete range of services in oil and gas well drilling and work-over. The Company is flexible and work on a different basis as per operator’s and client’s needs on I.A.D.C. approved contractual forms:

• Daywork Drilling Contract Model (rig plus crew on a daily basis: operational and standby rates are applied);
• Footage (metrage) Drilling Contract Model (well drilling based on a foot or meter drilled) rates;
• Turnkey Contract Model (construction of the well on turnkey basis including but not limiting to drilling, mud logging, mud services, well logging, open hole testing, casing and cementing program, core samples extraction, completion of the well, perforating and testing in cased hole, etc);
• Swap or Exchange Operation Model (drilling services in exchange for a share (usually up to 10-15%) in a corresponding producing asset or concession etc.)
